These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tuvora app ("App"), developed and operated by TDLabs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using Tuvora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Tuvora allows you to generate and edit images using AI. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the images and prompts you submit to the App and the content that is generated. You represent that you have the right to use any images you submit.
We do not claim ownership of images you generate using Tuvora. However, by using the App, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may be subject to limitations under copyright law and that you use such content at your own risk.
Tuvora offers a free tier with limited generations per week, as well as paid subscription plans and credit packs available through Apple's App Store.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.
Each image generation counts as one use against your quota. Regenerations count separately. Unused generations do not roll over. Quotas reset on a weekly basis for free tier users and monthly for paid subscribers.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, that generated images will meet your expectations, or that the App will be free from errors or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or damages resulting from content generated by the App.
The Tuvora name, logo, and App design are the property of TDLabs LLC. You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the integrity of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
