Tuvora ("we," "our," or "us") is developed by TDLabs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Tuvora app ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
Tuvora is designed to work without requiring you to create an account. We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:
Tuvora uses OpenAI to power AI photo editing. When you generate or edit an image, the following data is sent to OpenAI, our AI processing provider:
This data is sent solely to generate your requested image. OpenAI does not use this data to train its models, and images are not retained by OpenAI after generation. Before your first generation, the App asks for your explicit permission to share this data with OpenAI. OpenAI processes this data under its own API data usage policies, which provide equivalent protection to the practices described in this policy. We do not share this data with any other third party. Photos are transmitted securely to our Firebase Cloud Function, which forwards them to OpenAI's API, and are not stored on our servers after processing. OpenAI's use of submitted data is further governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Your anonymous user data (quota, subscription status, credit balance, AI consent status) is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted in the United States. No personally identifiable information is stored.
Tuvora uses the following third-party services:
Tuvora requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to select or capture images for editing. We do not access your photos beyond what you explicitly select and submit. Generated images are automatically saved to your photo library with your permission.
Tuvora is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your anonymous user record is retained as long as you use the App. If you delete the App, your anonymous record will remain in our database but is not linked to any identifiable information. You may request deletion by contacting us.
You may request access to or deletion of your anonymous data at any time by contacting us. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, we cannot identify you by name or email, but we can delete your record if you provide your anonymous user ID (visible in App settings).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
